Rental Policies and Procedures
*Deposits and balances are payable by check or cash 90 days prior to arrival.
*All rates posted are for 7 nights unless other- wise posted.
*Additional nights exceeding one week are pro-rated at the weekly rate.
*Rates are valid through December 8, 2009, but are subject to change without notice.
*Security deposits vary by residence and are refunded, less phone charges and damages beyond normal wear & tear, approx. six weeks after departure.
*Refunds will only be made if cancellation is made 90 days prior to arrival or if the time cancelled can be rebooked. There is a $50.00 cancellation fee.
*All Vacation Rental Properties are strictly for single family use. Any and all functions must take place at a rented function facility.
*Furnishing & Equipment All residents are privately owned and comfortably furnished by the owner. No two are alike. We cannot guarantee specific units. All are fully equipped with modern conveniences and appliances as well as linens, kitchen utensils, televisions, and telephones. Paper products, spices, and toiletries are not provided. Initial toilet paper, soap, and paper towels have been placed as a convenience and are otherwise not provided.
*Check-in time is 3:00 p.m., if you will be arriving after 5:00 p.m. please go directly to your unit. We will have the unit unlocked and the keys on the kitchen counter. Please be aware that some properties are for sale and we reserve the right to show the property upon proper notification to the guest.
*Check-out time is 10:00 a.m., please be courteous, as housekeeping has been scheduled accordingly. Daily maid service is not included.
*Trash and recycles are picked up once a week. Please review the Parsley Baldwin blue book in the rental unit to see what day yours will be picked up. Please put your trash out the night before in the closed containers provided.

*Beach items including towels, bags, balls and umbrella
(Some beach items are available to rent in the village)
Information About the Island
*Attire on Boca Grande is comfortable and casual. A sun hat comes in handy.
*Most restaurants are casual, but some do require men to wear jackets at dinner. Dinner reservations are recommended.
*There are grocery stores and a deli on the island. A variety of supermarkets can be found just off the island.
*The island has charming boutiques and specialty stores.
*A seven mile separate paved bike path runs the length of the island. Both bikes and roller blades are available to rent in the village.
*Boca Grande is knows as the “Tarpon Capital of the World.”
*Boca Grande boasts some of Florida’s most expert captains and fishing guides. A list of certified charter boats is available upon request.
DIRECTIONS:
FROM TAMPA AND SARASOTA: Take I-75 South to Exit #191 (River Road). Turn right on River Road, cross U.S. 41 and proceed approximately 8 miles to Englewood, turn left on Pine Street. Take Pine Street to second stop light, continue straight. The road is now S.R. 775. Proceed approximately 15 miles to Boca Grande causeway on right and stop light.
FROM FT. MYERS AND NAPLES: Take I-75 North to Exit #170 Kings Highway. Left to first light, turn right on Veteran’s Blvd. Cross U.S. 41, road turns into S.R. 776. Go 8 miles to S.R. 771, Turn left then 8 miles to Boca Grande causeway on left.
